To do:

• In scenarios where the component is given a fixed height in DP's and a width as a percentage of the parent, it's hard to tell what the height of the ripple and the background should be in order to keep a 1:1 width-to-height ratio. I'll need to implement some additional logic for this. For now, the developer can just set an arbitrary height for the ripple and background that approximates the expected width of the component.
