Pinned Tooltips

Allows user to "pin" a tooltip to compare with information in other events or tooltips
When an event graph or event list tooltip is visible, hit Ctrl+P
To close pinned tooltip, hit close button on window
In example below, we hovered an i915_reqwait ring0 event, hit Ctrl+P, then hovered event 11468 in the event list
