Roman Numeral Converter

This is another TDD Kata where the domain is pretty simple. Create a converter that takes an Arabic number and converts it to its equivalent Roman numeral. Test your implementation from 1 to 3000. For extra credit, create another converter that takes a Roman numeral and converts it to its Arabic equivalent.
