[Feature request] Author and other tags for Mangafox manga

It'd be nice, if the mangafox (resp. Fanfox) extractor would provide the author name (separate tags for the romaji and the Japanese script version) and other data (e.g. the topic tags) as tags to be used for file and directory names.

The latest release (v1.24.2) does provide more metadata if you download from a manga URL and enable parent-metadata.

I think it is capturing everything there is, but I couldn't find for example "the Japanese script version" anywhere.
