Seeing a very similar problem to the previously solved #4876 but this time it's single image posts instead of multi-image and the downloaded image is not just thumb-sized it even seems to be the wrong one. Seeing it on all single image posts I've tried.
No errors in log.

All tests still pass and for this post (SFW) it downloads the correct image.
Maybe your cached login session expired?

Looks like it's not all single image posts. I can download some others (and multi-image posts), even NSFW ones so I don't think it's cookies.
