This takes the preferred_username claim (if available) and uses that to
determine the user's project when self-enrolling. Thus resulting in more
human-readable names.

A sample run would look as follows:

is there a way to print this information post-login? Something like medic auth whoami ? I guess for the project name we might as well go with project list that would give you the available projects, right?
