add three user definable settings:
xdecor_workbench_RepairableObjects
to allow more tools to be repaired. like scythe or helmet.
xdecor_workbench_ToolRepairAmount
to finetune the speed of repair
xdecor_workbench_HammerWear
to finetune then wear of the hammer
for compatibility all settings default to their currently hardcoded values.
