To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Aggragate report
  2. Click on 'Continue with all OOIs'
  3. Go to next screen
  4. Generate report

See no oois listed in report

Expected behavior
All OOIs must be remembered during each step
