L'exemple proposé montre, pour l'ancienne région du Limousin (3 départements) :
Pour le moment je ne considère que la voiture, mais on pourrait considérer la marche, le vélo, et utiliser les GTFS locaux les TC (avec normalement la possibilité de faire du multimodal avec r5py).
On devrait pouvoir sortir la distance parcourue également pour intégrer des coûts kilométriques au coût généralisé (prix de l'essence, titres de transport...).
J'en ai profité pour ajouter openpyxl aux dépendances du package.
