  1. Support BUILDKIT_MULTI_PLATFORM arg in Dockerfile 

    This sets the platform prefix based on the `BUILDKIT_MULTI_PLATFORM`
value (if set).  This is similar to the changes here in
docker/buildx@7f58ad4
