This PR adds the license files of both the own work and the dependent third-party open-source licenses.

This in preparation of MCP-0029 to better support tool vendors when distributing (derived work of) the Modelica DeviceDrivers.
Furthermore, distribution of binaries-only files (e.g., library dependencies for LCM or OpenSSL) requires to mention/list/retain the original license. This was not the case yet.

This PR goes along with the related PR modelica/ModelicaStandardLibrary#3376 for MSL.

Okay, it's nice and clean to do it like that. It's quite a bit impressive that we have so many open-source licenses within this project.
