fix(quotes): fix grammatical and spelling and citing errors of Arabic quotes (NadAlaba)

Description

Most of the Arabic quotes were proofread, and verified. Mostly grammatical errors (using the right type of comma, removing spaces before punctuation marks, removing spaces after the letter "waw" -which should be connected with the following word-, Correcting regular "alef" with "hamza", ading "tanween alnasb" where it should be added, and some quotes were checked for accuracy of content and author)
