Generated with slither-documentation . --overwrite --force-answer-parsing (WIP from crytic/slither#1494).

Current limitations:

I had to do one manual change transmissions11@6e5b490 to ensure that the code can compile.
Some functions are not documented, because codex generated wrong natspec for them.
I did not review if the documentation is accurate

It costed around $0.3 on codex to generate all the documentation
