Releases: moraell/KinectMocap4Blender
Version 1.4 : better configuration
With this version, you can now configure the denoising strength to suit your needs (from precise slow movement to fast ones) and configure the bone used as the target for position tracking.
For Blender 2.80, the recording checkbox disappeared and you can now activate autokeying to record your capture.
A new demonstration video has been released (see README file) and other ones will come soon to present the new features and help users get the best from this tool.
Enjoy ! And don't hesitate to give me feedback.
Version 1.3 : position tracking
This version adds the ability to track position. You can also lock depth, height, or width, according to your needs. This new feature makes the animations more natural and simplifies their use in game engines (better compatibility with root lock systems).
Version 1.2 : smoothing and sensor tilt compensation
Now smoothing the data with a Kalman filter.
Also, the tilt angle of the sensor is now compensated (approximately)
Version 1.1 for Blender 2.79 and 2.80 (fixed)
This new version is compatible with Blender 2.80 beta. Just install the script in the 2.80 folder. For older version, the script is in 2.79 folder.
This new version supports multithreading, so you can now interact with Blender while capturing movement. However, when you activate the record option, the model doesn't update in the viewport. It records well, however. I don't have a solution for this yet.
Enjoy!
Version 1.0
Version 1.0 is out. The user interface has been improved.
First Beta pre-release
This is the first pre-release. It is still a work in progress. I still have to test the product on other computers before any official release.
