- Remove EventInfoStorage file operations
- Use Db from tx-submitter/db for event info storage
- Update EventIndexer to use EventInfoStorage interface
- Modify Rollup and Rotator to use new EventInfoStorage implementation
- Add GetString and PutString methods to db.Db
- Create EventInfoKey constant in params
