Boards that come with a relatively old kernel versions (e.g. Odroids) don't have drivers for many WiFI adapters that are normally recognized and supported by Raspberry PIs.
Recent versions of motionEyeOS for the Banana PI have an issue with the ethernet adapter, where the wired connection simply wouldn't work. Hopefully this will get fixed by upgrading to newer kernel versions.
