• Fixed bug where spurious xml tags inside <sourceline> made dot graph invalid.
• Display more detailed error messages from graphviz.
• In VQL functions pa() ch() de() and an() filter results to existing specobjects only (bugfix).
• Redraw diagram when saving new doctype settings to show active colors.
• Update electron to 18.1.0
• When doing hierarchy and safety diagrams, while in table format mode, switch to svg format.
• Refresh the correct type of diagram (specobjects, hierarchy or safety) when updating after doctype color change.
