stopPropagation prevents GA4 from collecting newsletter submissions

GA4 will automatically collect form submission events BUT it is not automatically collecting our newsletter signups.

Initial investigation turns up that we are using stopPropigation in addition to preventDefault on multiple forms.

Does removing that solve the bug? Does it cause other bugs? Do we want to continue doing this and find another way to collect this information?

Note to self: also update the docs when this is resolved.

I looked at the extra information we'd get by collecting subscriptions as a default event and determined we would still have to create a custom event to handle the newsletter_id so there's no immediate value in rocking this particular boat.
