Since GA3 BigQuery support is going away in March, we need to migrate to GA4.
I've updated the
GOOGLE_ANALYTICS_IDin Netlify dev to the GA4 property. After this is merged I will start monitoring if tracking works correctly on the dev site. Once that is confirmed we will create a GA4 property for the prod site before cutting a release and officially start using GA4.Pull Request checklist
