IE support for viewport units like vw
looks pretty 💩, is that ok?

For us it should be OK - ideally this would only be up for a few weeks before the upstreamed fix is in, % doesn't work as well because of the parent elm

Ok. I'm cool with this change if you want to merge it.
In the long run we'll be able to install additional dependencies by having an own Dockerfile to build images based on the Redash image but that installs additional Python dependencies. But until we have a fork with lots of changes ourselves we need to do it this way. Redash-stmo contains the ability to hook up our own Dockerflow library. Refs #13 Refs #37

The screenshot has a lower dropdown height to demonstrate columned layout. For submenu reasons it wasn't quite possible to simply add a scrollbar. This fix is only specific to our implementation - the real fix will be the upcoming dashboards page.
