The shell scripts now work on Mac OS X. They've also been renamed for better namespace uniqueness, making ongoing development of things like bash-completion and repackaging easier. Lastly, a tweak to the pom so maven doesn't complain about the parent module not actually being located precisely in the filesystem parent directory.
