Improve and harden interactions with Synapse pipelines.

Including:

  • NuGet library updates to latest GA releases. Not running on beta versions.
  • Create NUnit tests for Synapse.
  • Understand and build API calls for 'Check Pipeline Is Running' test utility.
  • Populating pipeline metadata with PowerShell for an existing Synapse instance.
  • Update documentation. procfwk.com
  • Add ARM templates.
