Added the ability to disable CTAG
To turn off, it is enough to write none, by analogy with Language Server.
I consider this function necessary, because not all users have CTAG. This also allows the extension not to create potentially disastrous requests.

Sorry, but why the CTAG doesn't work when I updated the plugin to versions 1.5.6 and 1.5.7? When I returned to the previous version, such as 1.5.4, the CTAG works again.

Changing to version 1.5.9, the CTAG works properly again. Thanks for your support!
