Simple Azure Function for handling requests for getting images and gifs with cats from telegram bot.

Telegram bot name - @phenix117bot.
There are four types of commands:
- /get_cat - Get random image with cat
- /get_gif_cat - Get random gif with cat
- /daily_subscribe - Subscribe for getting cat gif of the day
- /daily_unsubscribe - Unsubscribe of getting gif-cat:(
