error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
/usr/lib/libiberty.a exists in both 'binutils' and 'gcc'
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

I know this problem. As workaround you can safely remove /usr/lib/libiberty.a file. I fix it with next msys GCC rebuild.
