Windows 7, 8 install 1.90 preview, explorer no response #164

I have two PC, one is windows 7 (x64), another is windows 8(x64), both of them install Clover and works fine for a long time, but after i upgrade my git bash from 1.8 preview to 1.9 preview, my explorer comes to be no response quite often in both PC, then I should always kill the explorer reopen it to make it work.
I think this issue is related to Clover, Could you guys have a look?

1.9.0 is outdated!
