Welcome to the repository for the Generative AI Labs course (94-844) at Carnegie Mellon University, Fall 2024. This repository contains the lab exercises for the course, providing hands-on experience with Generative AI models and tools.

Lab Structure

This repository contains four folders, each corresponding to a lab assignment:

• Lab1: Environment Setup & OpenAI API
• Lab2: Text Generation & Prompt Engineering
• Lab3: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Lab4: Image Generation (DALL-E, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion)

Each lab folder includes:

• Jupyter Notebooks
• Any additional resources

Grading Breakdown

• Assignments: 60%
• Class Participation: 20%
• Final Project: 20%
