Added CPU information to entrypoint.sh

This should help to show the CPU capabilities
regarding AVX, AVX2 and AVX512.

Description

Debugging probems with precompiled containers and the matching models could be hard.
If the container is used without REBUILD=true , new users get some errors and are lost.
This hint shows the found CPU flags if someone opens an PR.

With this change the output during startup could look like:

If you are experiencing issues with the pre-compiled builds, try setting REBUILD=true
If you are still experiencing issues with the build, try setting CMAKE_ARGS and disable the instructions set as needed:
CMAKE_ARGS="-DLLAMA_F16C=OFF -DLLAMA_AVX512=OFF -DLLAMA_AVX2=OFF -DLLAMA_FMA=OFF"
