[material-ui][docs] Documentation content backlog

At the time of writing (Q4 2023), the material-ui repo currently has 7 pages of open issues with the docs tag, spanning all the way back to 2018.

This issue is meant to be an umbrella to aggregate the backlog of existing issues, organize them based on how complete they are, and offer them up to the community to close out.

If you're looking for a way to contribute to the Material UI docs, this is a great place to dig in!

The scope of this backlog is limited to documentation content—the list does not include issues concerned with docs infrastructure, and I'm working on recategorizing those issues so we can better track content vs infra.

I will continue to add to the list as I comb through the backlog. It could take awhile! 😅 But I won't be adding anything new that gets raised after this umbrella issue is published.

Ready to take

The solution has already been discussed and the maintainers have probably concluded on the best way to proceed.

Status unclear

It's not clear to me whether or not these issues are still relevant as of Q4 '23.

"Ready to take" if these are ready, they should have the "ready to take" label.

I doubt that we need this umbrella issue. To me, that's where a GitHub project or a personally todo list would make more sense.
