The changelog suggests this PR has a dependency on #22814. However, maybe we can start by upgrading the min node version to v10 or v12 and move forward, one step at a time? |
Our docs are not rendered with any of these versions. Netlify runs on node 10. |

There were peer dep changes. It's just a dependency update. No need to rush it. |
A newer version of autoprefixer exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged. |
