[charts] Move the ZAxisContextProvider by default in the ChartContainer #13465

Currently, you have to add this context if needed (for example on scatter chart with composition).

The tradeoff feels bad. Might be better to have all context in the container. I removed the zAxis type propagation fot charts that do not use it (every charts except scatter for now).

Seems reasonable. Do you feel bad because of optimisation? I checked the code and it relies on the existence of the config, so it shouldn't really add much to the actual performance
