Basic questions before we begin

@vinodnimbalkar, tagging you due to the PR #2 that you sent.

I have some basic questions about developing and deploying this bot.
Also I'd like to clarify that I'm not a web/application developer so my questions will sound like a beginner.

• How do you plan to do this? Write the code from scratch or use the Somali bot code as a base?
• If you want I can directly add you to this organisation so that you can do changes on the main repo directly instead of sending PRs. (I won't be doing any coding, maybe other than adding comments or adding Marathi text etc., whenever I get time.) I think in this way you can develop it faster and smoother.
• Do you know how to deploy this bot? I have no idea to be honest. Right now all I have is this GitHub repo, a Reddit account for the bot and also an account on Heroku (which is being used in one of the other projects under this organisation). Will this suffice or do we need anything more?

Do let me know your thoughts and suggestions.

1. as we expect the functionality to be exactly same with just reprasing. using somali bot's Source code would be the best and fastest way to go!!
2. either way is fine
3. we can use heroku or any other hosting platform, heroku should be preferred due to its free plan

• I have used Somali bot source code as a base. but the changed file structure instead of using a bot (main) file in the root directory, created src directory for it. Using .env file instead of secrets.py.
  Env variables are easy to change between deploys without changing any code and .env file is usually (by default) included in .gitignore files which protects you from accidentally committing (and pushing) sensitive information

• Using a Reddit account You can create an application here by typing the name of our bot (MarathiNotMaharashtrianBot), selecting the option ‘script,’ providing some description, writing any random link in the box ‘redirect url,’ and clicking the button ‘create app.’ Then you will get ‘personal use script’ and ‘secret’. You've to use then in .env file.
