Built on top of #16, includes the following changes:

adds an ArchLinux PKGBUILD
updates to the systemd service file to run as a global service as a restricted user (multi uid=5000, homedir=/var/lib/multi/)
incorporates sed patches from original PKGBUILD into respective files
updates README.md to change go1.16beta1 to go1.16
