Bypass Scheduled Date for Select Websites

I don't know how to word this succinctly. I have a Twitter and a Patreon. I want to be able to set it so that when I schedule a post, it immediately is uploaded to Patreon and it will wait until the scheduled date for Twitter. Is something like that possible?

Easiest way to do this as it currently stands is to fill it out with the schedule, back out to the main submission page, hit duplicate and then edit the duplicate to post now to patreon. It would be neat to do this sysinctly for timed exclusives though
