Use yt-dlp instead

I'm using the latest version on Windows and I can get it to run using youtub-dl but would like to use yt-dlp instead, is there a configuration setting I can change for that?

level=fatal msg="youtube-dl error" error="youtube-dl binary not found: exec: \"youtube-dl\": executable file not found in %PATH%"
