Usability update! Files can now be passed directly as arguments (much to the happiness of tab completion). Alternatively, run in a folder to automatically pick up any files named '*.hotfix'. Defaults to outputting to 'hotfix_output.txt', but can be redirected using -o or --output. Also has a fancy new help printout when run with -h or --help.
