Develop a smart contract for guess 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions

The idea would be to create a smart contract where the prediction of 3 1st and 2nd teams that win the world championship is made.

La idea seria crear un smart contract donde se haga la prediccion de 3 equipos 1ro 2do y 3ro que ganen el mundial.
la entrada seria 0.02 ETH
y que sea publica de tal modo que sea muy sencillo entrar y pronosticar, ecoger de entre el listado de equipos, ls posibles 3 primeros.
si no hubiera un ganador de los 3 primeros puestos lo hariamos al mas cercano, por ejemplo acerto el 1ro y el 2do, o tal vez nadie acerto al 1ro y si hubo aciertos al 2do y 3ro.
ver algunas variables que se podrian dar.
al final no seria necesario que el contrato inteligente se comunique externamente con alguna api de resultados para no hacerla mas complicada.
y deberia poder algun administrador ingresar los equipos ganadores.
y eso compararia con los resultados de los participantes y se elegiria el o los ganadores.
seria un listado de paises en las variables, por ejemplo:
Alemania Argentina Brazil... etc. El pago iria directamente a la wallet de los ganadores y listo.
Se reservaria un 5% (mas o menos) para organizacion y etc etc...

seria un link el cual se pudiera compartir en los grupos de criptomonedas, a alguien le va a interesar, es novedoso, y lo mas fundamental es que se utulizaria la blockchain y el contrato haria que se cumplan los ofrecimientos.
