Description

  • Sub-module @ 3971f81.
  • Update NuGets in test projects.
  • UnitTestLauncher assembly is now signed.
  • Add UnitTestLauncher to mscorlib friends to allow using Console.WriteLine.

Motivation and Context

  • Fixes issues with the move to Console.WriteLine in the test framework.
