NCBI_genome_download_GUI

add a graphical user interface to ncbi-genome-downloader

ncbi --> taxonomy browser --> Lactobacillaceae --> Acetilactobacillus jinshanensis --> "type matrial..."

Why do we need this script rather than ncbi-genome-download? It can also downlaod type species.

ncbi-genome-download can't generate the specific infomation of all genomes, like, GC...link...
