Apply name updates from recent EdsLib change

Describe the bug
EDS symbol names no longer match generated files after nasa/EdsLib#86 was merged.

To Reproduce
Build software with EDS, symbol name errors are reported

Expected behavior
Should be successful

System observed on:
Debian

Additional context
The name changes in the EDS toolchain side were intentional; need to update all FSW to match. (All EDS FSW is in prototype/techdev stage, so no attempt was made for backward compatibility)
