trick-CP without completely clean build corrupts S_sie.resource if S_define is edited #1127

Since we updated ICG to write most of the S_sie, if parse_S_define is run, it overwrites ICG's stuff. Need separate files for top level objects and member attribute info in build directory

Workaround is to 'make clean' before trick-CP after editing S_define or S_module
