EventHubs Reingest: configurable partitions and time

• Wait time between batches is now configurable
• Possible to define your own sorting
• Possible to have deterministic partitions based on a hash of a field instead of random partitions.
• Backing off and wait when EventHub througput limit has been reached, instead of crashing
• Slightly more tests
