A U-Report mobile application

This is a starting point for new developers who wish to setup their development workstations' for Flutter mobile development.
You need two pieces of software to complete this setup: the Flutter SDK and an editor. You can use your preferred editor, such as Android Studio or IntelliJ with the Flutter and Dart plugins installed, or Visual Studio Code with the Dart Code and Flutter extensions.
You can test drive this app using one of the following devices:
- A physical Android device or iOS device connected to your computer.
- The Android emulator or iOS simulator.
For macOS you'll also need:
- A Mac configured with Xcode.
For questions and support please use the group chat. The issue list of this repo is exclusively for bug reports and feature requests.
Please make sure to read the Issue Reporting Checklist before opening an issue. Issues not conforming to the guidelines may be closed immediately.
