Update dockerfile

Resolve #35

This dockerfile just build arcus. After create container, set zookeeper and cache cloud manually.

최신 릴리즈 기준 naver/arcus-memcached 저장소에 Dockerfile이 위차하고 있습니다.
현재 docker container 환경에서 arcus 캐시 클러스터 구성이 가능한 상태이고,
따라서 알려 주신 이슈(#35)는 이미 해결된 것으로 판단되어 본 PR은 close 하고자 합니다.

Docker image를 활용한 클러스터 구성 예시로는 본 저장소의 docker-compose.yml 파일을 참고 부탁드립니다.

As of the latest release, the Dockerfile is located in the naver/arcus-memcached repository.
Currently, arcus cluster configuration is possible in the docker container environment,
Therefore, we believe that the issue you reported (#35) has already been resolved, and we would like to close this PR.

For an example of cluster composition using a Docker image, please refer to the docker-compose.yml file in this repository.
