HADES is a set of open source R packages for large scale analytics, including population characterization, population-level causal effect estimation, and patient-level prediction.
This GitHub repository has two purposes:
- Provide a single R package that, when you install it, you will automatically install all HADES packages.
- Host the main HADES website.
See the instructions here to set up your R environment, including R, RTools (for Windows), and Java. Next, follow the instructions here to install the HADES packages.
