Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If users want to run localnet and have the keys to their validator keys stored in an arbitrary location, the keyPath is not configurable. In addition, if users want to change the networkId, they can't.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to make the keyPath and networkId optionally configurable.

Additional context
This came up in meetings with the Kurtosis team, one of our partners.
