I noticed there were download issues when trying to re-install blip with Homebrew, so here goes the patch.

$ brew reinstall blip
==> Reinstalling neechbear/tap/blip 
==> Downloading https://github.com/neechbear/blip/releases/download/v0.10-1/blip-0.10.tar.gz

curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found
Error: An exception occurred within a child process:
  DownloadError: Failed to download resource "blip"
Download failed: https://github.com/neechbear/blip/releases/download/v0.10-1/blip-0.10.tar.gz
