With Choice Number

Based on 0b0b1918 from BYVoid/OpenCC

This one could now output converted characters along with numbers indicating how many choices there are in the dictionary entry. For example, the converted result for 迹 is now 跡2 in this version with s2t.json, which means that there are altogether 2 choices for 迹 for such a conversion - 跡 and 蹟, while 跡 is the default one.

Compiled and tested in Windows 64bit version.
