The native type conversions on 3.1.x doesn't take nested parameters correctly into account. However, those are used for mapping domain entries from SDN.

GH-665 - Backport nested type conversion from 3.2 for embedded.

The backport is not needed for the Driver based version, as the driver takes care of dealing with list and map values.
