aims to change the slack notifications from "deployment" to "workflow" or "merge" (even though that is kind of wrong as well). this follows changes made months ago to only kick off a remote deployment job from the repository `main` or `release` workflow runs.
Before deploying this code, set the env variables: * CONSOLE_DEPLOY_WORKFLOW_ID - `console.yml` * CPLANE_DEPLOY_WORKFLOW_ID - `controlplane.yml` * TOOLSAPI_DEPLOY_WORKFLOW_ID - `toolsapi.yml` * FORECASTING_DEPLOY_WORKFLOW_ID - `forecasting.yml`
